My name is Diesel and I'm a little sad today. My humans are moving to California because of Dad's work. I thought people there were liberal and fun-loving, but apparently they don't like Rottweilers much, because my dad looked and looked for housing and people there don't like big dogs, especially Rotties. I don't understand it - because I'm cute, not aggressive and if I could fit, I would sit on Dad's lap or sleep in his bed. They won't be here in August to celebrate my 7th birthday. I am very attached to my boy because he runs with me and plays ball with me and feeds me every day when he comes home from school and I really like when he is home for the summer because I get to play a lot. I am bigger than he is, but that doesn't matter because I am a well behaved gentleman and would never jump on him or hurt him. I will also miss my mom and my sister dog, a 10 lb Schitzu - we run and play and chew on each others toys - at the same time and she kisses me a lot. I will also miss my little buddy neighbor Schnauzer, because we run and play through the fence when we are outside in the backyard. I like my backyard, but I live inside with my humans and sleep inside at night and nap in my crate while they are at work. My temporary foster mom took me the vet to get my check up. I like riding in the car. I visited with a prissy littlle poodle while I was there and a couple of kitties, but I like to chase them . I try to play, but they are scared and run - I've never caught one, so I am not sure what I would do with it. I had a good vet visit - I got my shots, had a heartworm test, and when they weighed me, I was 106 lbs. The good news is that heartworm test was negative. So I'm in good shape and ready to find my new human family and hope I will have a back yard to play and my very own boy again
